2. Digital Products and Subscriptions

2.1 Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the remaining days of a billing period.
  • Annual Subscriptions: You may request a prorated refund within the first 30 days of your subscription or renewal. After 30 days, cancellations take effect at the end of the annual billing period without a refund.
  • Free Trials: If you cancel during a free trial period, you will not be charged. Make sure to cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

2.2 One-Time Digital Purchases

For one-time digital product purchases:

  • We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to supportc@carpathiandigital.com
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time for refunds is typically 5-10 business days

2.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been fully delivered or consumed
  • Custom development or consulting services once work has begun
  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago (for one-time purchases)
  • Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include Required Information:

4. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Bank transfers may take longer depending on your financial institution
  • You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed

5. Subscription Cancellations

5.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription through any of these methods:

5.2 What Happens After Cancellation

  • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account data may be retained for 30 days after cancellation
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company. Chargebacks can result in:

  • Additional fees that may be passed on to you
  • Temporary or permanent suspension of your account
  • Delays in resolution compared to our direct refund process

7. Service Credits

In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of refunds. Service credits:

  • Can be applied to future purchases or subscription periods
  • Are non-transferable and have no cash value

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our services:

  • Contact our support team first so we can attempt to resolve the issue
  • If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund
  • Refunds for technical issues are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
